Can I customize a doll or décor piece?
Yes — most pieces can be customized in size, color, or fabric. Let us know what you have in mind when you message us, and we'll confirm if it's possible and how long it will take.
How long does an order take to make?
Ready pieces usually ship within 2-3 days. Custom or made-to-order pieces, including wedding doll pairs, typically take 1-2 weeks depending on detail and quantity.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI payments (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, and others), and select products can also be purchased through Meesho. Cash on delivery may be available for local orders — ask us when you order.
Do you ship outside Visakhapatnam?
Yes, we ship across India through courier partners. Shipping cost and time depend on your location and will be shared before you confirm payment.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Since most pieces are handmade and many are made to order, we generally don't accept returns once an order is confirmed. If a piece arrives damaged, message us with a photo within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
How do I care for a handmade doll or décor piece?
Keep it away from moisture and direct sunlight. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth and handle with care to preserve its beauty.
Do you take bulk orders for weddings or events?
Yes — we regularly make bulk wedding doll pairs for favours and gifting. Message us with your event date and quantity as early as possible, since bulk orders need extra lead time.
