We're a small family business and we keep this simple.

What we collect

When you place an order we store your name, mobile number, delivery address, and any notes you add. If you subscribe, we store your email. That's it — no accounts, no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels.

How we use it

Only to make, deliver and follow up on your order, and to contact you about it on WhatsApp or by phone. We never sell or share your details, except with the courier who delivers your parcel.

Your bag and saved items

Your bag and wishlist are stored only in your own browser on your device, not on our servers, until you place an order.

Your choices

Want your details removed? Message us at [email protected] and we'll delete them (except where we must keep order records for tax purposes).
