Orders

Placing an order on our website is a request — we confirm every order personally on WhatsApp (colours, names, date and delivery charges) before we start making it.

Payment

We accept UPI. For made-to-order and bulk pieces we may ask for an advance, with the balance before dispatch.

Made-to-order pieces

Because each piece is handmade to your choices, small variations from photos are natural. Personalised items can't be cancelled once we've started making them.

Delivery

We deliver across India. Orders are usually delivered within 2–3 business days in nearby areas, 3–5 business days across Andhra Pradesh, and 5–7 business days for the rest of India

Damage in transit

We pack everything carefully. If something arrives damaged, send us an unboxing video or photos within 48 hours and we'll make it right with a repair, replacement or refund.
